Instructions

  4. Add cumin and paprika; stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add soaked black-eyed peas, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
