- 24 mini puff pastry shells
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each puff pastry shell with the mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute bacon with diced ham for a different flavor.
- Garnish with additional green onions before serving.
- Prepare filling a day in advance for convenience.
