Instructions

- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Add diced bell peppers and green onions to the cheese mixture.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
