Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
- Serve with crackers.
