Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
- If using, fold in the red bean paste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
- Steam for about 45 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a steamer for best results.
