Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and salt in a bowl.

  3. Once dissolved, add coconut milk and stir.
  4. Combine the liquid mixture with the flour mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased round cake pan.
  6. Steam for about 45 minutes or until firm.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
