Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and salt in a bowl.
- In a saucepan, dissolve brown sugar in water over low heat.
- Once dissolved, add coconut milk and stir.
- Combine the liquid mixture with the flour mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased round cake pan.
- Steam for about 45 minutes or until firm.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
