Delicious cupcakes inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Ingrédients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup frosting (white)
- Black food coloring
- Halloween-themed decorations
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
- Frost with white frosting and add black food coloring for decoration.
- Add Halloween-themed decorations as desired.
Notes
- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Use gel food coloring for better results.
- Feel free to customize decorations.
