Description

A delicious no bake banana pudding cheesecake that combines creamy cheesecake with layers of banana and vanilla pudding.


Ingrédients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Layer sliced bananas on top.
  7. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions and pour over bananas.
  8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Top with whipped cream before serving.

  • Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
  • Chill for longer for a firmer texture.
