A simple and delicious no bake cheesecake that is easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for a firmer texture.
- Top with fruit or chocolate if desired.
