Description

A delicious no-bake chocolate eclair icebox cake that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingrédients

  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and thick.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until combined.
  5. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  6. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  7. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
  8. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  9. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top layer.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
