No bake chocolate oat bars are a quick and easy treat made with oats, cocoa, and nut butter.

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats and cocoa powder.
- Add honey and nut butter, mix until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve.
