No bake coconut praline cookies are easy and delicious treats made with coconut and a sweet praline mixture.

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, rolled oats, and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

- Store cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Substitute almond butter for a different flavor.
- Add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
