Delicious and easy no bake cookies made with oats and chocolate.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and oats.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add peanut butter for extra flavor.
