  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.

  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Divide the mixture among the cheesecake cups.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  9. Top with fruit topping if desired before serving.
