- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup fruit topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Divide the mixture among the cheesecake cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Top with fruit topping if desired before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- You can use different toppings like chocolate or caramel.
