Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Drizzle with additional salted caramel before serving.
