A creamy no-bake salted caramel cheesecake with a rich flavor.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Drizzle with additional salted caramel before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
