Description
A refreshing no bake strawberry jello lasagna dessert.
Ingrédients

- 1 package of strawberry jello
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) of whipped topping
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the jello by dissolving it in boiling water.
- Add cold water and mix well. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until combined.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Allow ample time for the lasagna to set in the fridge.
- You can substitute other fruits if desired.
