- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
- Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
- In a baking dish, combine sautéed mixture, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, and paprika.
- Place chicken thighs on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is browned.

- Use any type of chicken pieces.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken size.
