Description
Delicious chocolate cake with Nutella frosting.
Ingrédients

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup Nutella for frosting
- 1/2 cup heavy cream for frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water until well combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
- For frosting, whip heavy cream and fold in Nutella until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cakes with Nutella frosting.
Notes
- Store the cake in an airtight container.
- Use a serrated knife to level the cakes if needed.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
