- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 package of crackers
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese and green onions, and stir well.
- Spread the mixture on a serving platter.
- Arrange crackers around the cheese spread.
- In another bowl, combine shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Top the cheese spread with the shrimp mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- Can be prepared a few hours in advance.
- Use fresh shrimp for better flavor.
