- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Add garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the black beans and cooked rice; mix well.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
