- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oatmeal and peanut butter.
- Add honey and eggs, stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix baking soda, salt, flour, and milk.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
- Try adding chocolate chips or nuts for variation.
