Instructions

- In a bowl, mix coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
