Description
A classic dish made with potatoes, eggs, and a creamy dressing.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds potatoes
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and cool.
- Peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add potatoes and eggs to the bowl and mix gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of potato you prefer.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
