Ingrédients

- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the cabbage head in water for 5-10 minutes until leaves are soft.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully remove cabbage leaves and place a spoonful of filling in each leaf.
- Roll the cabbage leaves, tucking in the sides.
- Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour beef broth over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife to cut the core of the cabbage for easier leaf removal.
- Feel free to customize the filling with herbs or spices.
- Serve with sour cream for added flavor.
