Ingrédients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the cabbage head in water for 5-10 minutes until leaves are soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and place a spoonful of filling in each leaf.
  5. Roll the cabbage leaves, tucking in the sides.
  6. Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
  7. Pour beef broth over the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the core of the cabbage for easier leaf removal.
