Ingrédients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Salt – 2 tablespoons
- Pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Onion – 1 large, chopped
- Carrots – 2, chopped
- Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
- Chicken broth – 4 cups
- Stuffing mix – 1 box
- Cranberry sauce – 1 can
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Mashed potatoes – 5 lbs
- Gravy – 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Rub the turkey with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing mix.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 2-3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes until soft, then mashing with butter and milk.
- Cook green beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.

- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
