Description
Quick and easy one pan meal with shrimp and vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and Italian seasoning; stir well.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
