- 1 lemon, juiced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Pour the lemon herb mixture over the chicken.
- Add sliced vegetables around the chicken.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
