A simple and flavorful one pan balsamic chicken recipe.
Ingrédients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Add cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- Serve with rice or quinoa if desired.
