Ingrédients

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the pan.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  7. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is cooked.
  8. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
