Description
A quick and easy one pan dish featuring shrimp and pasta in a lemon garlic sauce.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest.
- Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Return shrimp to the pan and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Adjust garlic and lemon to taste.
- This dish can be served warm or cold.
