- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups pasta
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Add the pasta and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
