Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the penne pasta, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
