  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and cajun seasoning.
