- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pot.
- Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach and parmesan cheese, stir until cheese melts.
- Let it simmer for 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
