Description

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package (12 oz) refrigerated ravioli
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the beef broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the ravioli and reduce the heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the ravioli is cooked.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
- You can use any type of ravioli.
- Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
