Ingrédients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add steak strips and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce and honey.
  5. Add beef broth and pasta, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm.
