A creamy and tangy orange cheesecake that is simple to make.
Ingrédients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- zest of 2 oranges
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, use fresh oranges.
- Serve with orange slices on top for garnish.
