  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • zest of 2 oranges
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • For best flavor, use fresh oranges.
  • Serve with orange slices on top for garnish.
