A delicious orange glazed salmon dish that is simple to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in a baking dish and pour the glaze over it.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with extra glaze drizzled on top.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
