A delicious blend of brownies and cookies featuring Oreo.

- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies.
- Spread brownie mixture in a greased baking pan.
- Dollop cookie dough over the brownie mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
