Delicious Oreo brownie cookies with a rich chocolate flavor.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm with ice cream.
- You can adjust the amount of Oreos for more or less crunch.
