Instructions

- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin strips.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak sweet potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
