Ingrédients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the cubed bread in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and cheese on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown.
