Sweet and comforting overnight cinnamon apple baked french toast casserole.
Ingrédients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer bread cubes evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
- Add diced apples and nuts, if using.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes.
- Serve warm.
