Ingrédients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Warm milk and butter until melted, then let cool.
  3. Add milk mixture and eggs to dry ingredients, mix well.
  4. Knead dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough and spread with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and cut into pieces.
  7. Place in a greased baking dish and cover.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. In the morning, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
