Description
Delicious overnight cinnamon buns that are soft and gooey.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm milk and butter until melted, then let cool.
- Add milk mixture and eggs to dry ingredients, mix well.
- Knead dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into pieces.
- Place in a greased baking dish and cover.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Let the buns cool slightly before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
