Description
Delicious and fluffy overnight cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese icing.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Heat milk and butter until warm, then mix with dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and mix until smooth.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll up the dough and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and cover.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread icing over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before icing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
