Description

Ingrédients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Heat milk and butter until warm, then mix with dry ingredients.
  3. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Roll up the dough and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased pan and cover.
  9. Refrigerate overnight.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Prepare icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  12. Spread icing over warm rolls and serve.
