Description

Delicious overnight cinnamon rolls that are easy to prepare and perfect for breakfast.


Ingrédients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread melted butter on the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices in a greased baking dish.
  10. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  11. In the morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Mix icing sugar and cream cheese with a little milk to create icing.
  14. Drizzle icing over the rolls and serve warm.
