- 1 loaf of brioche bread, cut into cubes
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the bread cubes to the mixture and gently fold until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Top with fresh berries for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
