A simple and delicious overnight egg casserole perfect for breakfast.

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, sausage or bacon, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ingredients based on your preference.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the meat.
