Instructions
- Cube the bread and place it in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure to soak all pieces.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drizzle melted butter and maple syrup over the casserole.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with fresh fruits or syrup.
