Description

Ingrédients

- 2 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place cod in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove cod from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and lemon juice. Stir until butter melts.
- Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cod.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
